As the founder of Vancore, it was important to me to offer a viable consulting alternative that places the individual at the center of our efforts. Our clients repeatedly tell us that our approach works: we support sustainable decisions and therefore initiate target-oriented change.
Since the 1990s, I have led strategy and change projects at global conglomerates as well as medium-sized businesses throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia and Oceania. Currently, I am supporting the transformational process of a leading car manufacturer and accompanying the strategic realignment of a medium-sized business.

I have been working as a management consultant since 1999 with a focus on strategy development and innovation processes. I have held positions as senior strategy consultant in international consultancies in the U.S. and Spain. Apart from projects in the IT and retail industries, I am currently supporting the development of a global sales and marketing strategy in the premium automobile sector as well as the local implementation efforts in numerous international markets.

I have been advising government institutions and global multi-national clients for over 20 years in Europe, the U.S, Africa and Australia. My drive is to implement large scale strategies internationally and locally and make major measurable results happen. My current focus is the Business Development in Australia.
I hold a German graduate degree in Business Administration and, as a Fulbright Alumn, gained an MBA in the United States with a focus on Organizational Learning / Systems Thinking. I am fascinated by the world of cybernetic systems and the implementation with individuals and organisations. I reside with my wife and our two children in Frankfurt, Germany.
I hold an MBA along with a degree in musical composition. The opportunity to use my structural as well as creative abilities in the dialogue with our clients is what attracts me to this line of business. After more than 14 years abroad, I am happy to have found a permanent home in Hamburg, Germany with my wife and 2 children.
I hold a Dutch graduate degree in Economics and obtained an MBA in Business Administration in the United Kingdom. I am intrigued by the world of global management systems and the implementation through individuals into their organisations. I reside in Sydney, Australia, while my 2 children study and work in Europe.
